renumbering the pages to match the New Testament that you are using.

On the flyleaf write:

                              TURN TO PAGE 293

On page 293 underline Romans 3:23.

     "For all have sinned, and come short of the glory of God"

At the bottom of page write:

                            NEXT TURN TO PAGE 297

On page 297 underline Romans 6:23.

     "For the wages of sin is death; but the gift of God is eternal life
through Jesus Christ our Lord."

At the bottom of page 297 write:

                                NOW PAGE 364

On page 364 underline Ephesians 2:8-9.

     "For by grace are ye saved through faith; and that not of yourselves: It
is the gift of God:  Not of works, lest any man should boast."

At the bottom of page 297 write:

                                NOW PAGE 155

On page 155 underline Luke 18:13.

     "And the publican, standing afar off, would not lift up so much as his
eyes unto heaven, but smote upon his breast, saying, God be merciful to me a
sinner."

Double underline "God be merciful to me a sinner."

Write a marginal note saying "Pray a prayer like this" with an arrow pointing
to the double underlined text.

At the bottom of page 156 write:

At the bottom of page 304 write:
